We take domestic EPC bookings across the North West, Yorkshire and Derbyshire, including Huddersfield. Individual homes, portfolios and agent enquiries are welcome. Kath confirms price and appointment availability for your postcode.
How much will my EPC cost?
Our domestic EPC prices start from £65. The property, size and location affect the final price. Send Kath the postcode, property type and bedroom count and we’ll confirm the total before you book.
How quickly can I get an appointment and certificate?
Message Kath with the postcode and your preferred dates. We’ll confirm the next available visit and expected certificate turnaround. Availability varies by location and property. Kath will confirm the timing for your address.
What happens during the visit?
The assessor measures and inspects the property, including the heating, windows and insulation, and takes evidence photographs. Please arrange access to the rooms and loft where safe, and let us know about keys or tenants before the visit.
Is this for existing homes or new builds?
Our domestic EPC service is for existing homes. Contact us before booking if the property is newly built, newly converted or commercial, so we can confirm the assessment route you need.
